We are hay milk partners!
We have been a certified hay milk partner for many years! We get our dairy products (milk, yoghurt, cheese) from the Zillertal dairy in Mayrhofen. Like every year, the hay-dairy cows spend their summer on the alpine pastures of the Zillertal and enjoy up to 1000 different herbs and grasses. This high biodiversity leads to high-quality hay milk, which is processed fresh every day in the Zillertal dairy to create very special milk and cheese delicacies - and then ends up fresh on your table!

Let yourself be pampered with culinary delights at the Hotel Pinzger Tux. Enjoy a 3-course menu of your choice as part of your half-board. There is always something for vegetarians too. Our kitchen team prepares the meals with love and looks forward to pampering your palate with culinary delights. Whether it is home-style cooking, international dishes or a traditional dessert such as apple strudel with vanilla sauce or Kaiserschmarrn, they do their best!

We do not serve oversized portions of main dishes. We do not want to throw food away – please help us to make a contribution! Please speak to our staff if you are still hungry. You are welcome to FREE get a second helping. Sometimes it takes a while until we bring your second helping because we want to serve all guests the first portion first and therefore ask for a little patience.

A la carte in the CITY Café Bar
Would you rather stay flexible and book without half board? Enjoy our a la carte dishes in the CITY. Whether it's schnitzel, burgers or salads - there's guaranteed to be something for you. Ice cream lovers or cake fans don't miss out either - quickly head to the CITY for an apple strudel with vanilla sauce... and a delicious coffee to go with it! In addition to the regular opening hours of the hot kitchen, there is always the opportunity to choose toasts, snacks and pizzas from the Resch&Frisch offerings. And if we really don't have anything for you (which we can't believe) - you will find several restaurants in Tux-Lanersbach within a 300m walking distance.
