Reservation | cancellation
A reservation is usually made in writing and is valid after a deposit of 30% of the arrangement price has been paid. We ask for your understanding that it is possible to reserve certain categories, but not certain room numbers.
You can pay the hotel bill in cash, with EC card, Visa or MasterCard. We kindly ask you to pay the bill the evening before departure or alternatively the morning after breakfast before departure. The cancellation conditions stated in the respective booking confirmation apply to all booked stays. We would be happy to advise you on taking out travel insurance with European Travel Insurance and on your holiday at the Hotel Pinzger.
The prices shown are per person and day and include all taxes, excluding local tax of € 1,80 per person and day (from 15 years). The Austrian hotel contract conditions apply. We would like to point out that the 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with Section 18 Paragraph 1 Z10 FAGG does not exist.

Dear Guests,
Good service requires well-paid employees. Thank God we have a lot of permanent staff - which our guests also greatly appreciate - and we don't want to lose these employees. Even if you book with breakfast only, we have fixed costs for our employees and operating costs, so the difference to a stay with half board is small. As guests, you also appreciate an ambience that is maintained and maintained using state-of-the-art technology. These factors have also become very costly in recent years. We strive to offer you very good value for money.
- You will receive a 3% discount on the 4rd and 15th adults in a standard or comfort double room
- We charge €15,00 for an extra breakfast (children up to 4 years free, from 5-11 years €8.-)
- We are happy to address food intolerances, allergies and special diets and ask that you inform us in advance (1 week before arrival).
- Included services cannot be replaced or refunded (breakfast and dinner in case of earlier departure, use of the wellness area)
- Children up to 4 years stay free of charge (valid in all categories, with at least 2 full-paying adults). Children aged 5-11 receive a 50% discount, children aged 12-16 receive a 25% discount. The discount depends on the respective full-paying prices per category.
- For short stays of 1-3 days we reserve the right to charge a surcharge, which is already included in the offer.

Arrival and Departure
Your room will be ready for you from 14.00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Please note that an earlier check-in is not possible - you want to find a clean and fresh room, cleaning takes time. Thank you for your understanding!
If possible, please inform reception of arrival times later than 21.00 p.m. when making your reservation or at short notice. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the room by 10.00 a.m. so that our hard-working cleaning staff can prepare the room for the next guests.- Check-in from 14:00 p.m

Internet / WiFi
Free (Wireless) WiFi is available throughout the house, with possible fluctuations in signal strength. Please note that we do not yet have a fiber optic network everywhere in Tux, but receive the Internet via radio - we ask for your understanding for any slow bandwidth.

Sustainability
Please help!
We want to protect the environment and throw away less. Our main courses are not oversized. You are welcome to get a FREE refill at any time – no one has to leave the table hungry, but tons don’t have to end up in the trash either. Please speak to our service staff.
Zillertal Nature Park partner company
We are a partner company of the Zillertal Alps Nature Park, which was founded in 1991. There are free guided tours and hikes for our guests in summer, and also lots of information for nature lovers. We would be happy to inform you about all offers at reception.
We wash ourselves
All of our hotel laundry is washed in-house thanks to the hardworking hands of our chambermaids and the energy-efficient washing machines and dryers. No long distances and conservation of resources! If you don't put your towel in the laundry every day, you are also helping to reduce the burden on our environment. THANKS!

Subsistence costs
We understand that you like to spend your vacation with your pet. Our cost per pet per day is €15,- without food, regardless of the size of the animal. We reserve the right to refuse your booking with a dog if there are too many requests in the same period.
We ask that you keep your dog on a leash throughout the entire hotel area. There may also be other dogs in the hotel and guests without dogs may otherwise be unsettled.
Stay and room cleaning
It is not permitted for the animal to stay in the hotel beds – please bring the basket / box for your
Animal with you. If you leave your dog alone in the room, we ask you to use the "Do not disturb" sign. The room will also NOT be cleaned if the dog is alone in the room. Dogs are not allowed in the wellness area or in the dining room.We ask for your understanding that any damage to furniture, doors, carpets, etc. caused by your pet will be charged. The room will be inspected and any additional charges will be made within 48 hours. We also reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of €100,- if the room is heavily soiled.
Go for a walkOur nature is not only beautiful to look at – it is also used by many animals to produce feed. Please do not let your dog run free and collect your four-legged friend's feces using the bags provided (available FREE of charge at the hotel or from the dispenser along popular walking paths). Dog feces in fresh hay spoils the cows' appetite.

- Our café is open daily from 13:00 p.m. to 23:00 p.m., subject to short-term changes as posted or on our website Facebook page.

Non smoking
Please note that smoking is not permitted anywhere in the hotel building. All rooms and suites are non-smoking. If there is still smoking in our rooms, we allow ourselves to charge a cleaning fee of € 100,00. You are welcome to use the balcony to smoke, but please keep the doors and windows closed.
