Founded by grandparents Krescence and Eduard Dengg at the beginning of the last century as a small room rental business, we are now in the 3rd and 4th generation running our family business. Our special feature: a whole, well-coordinated and warm team takes care of your well-being!

We are incredibly sad to have to inform you that our dear Christian lost his battle against cancer on Tuesday, November 28th.
Our Hotel Pinzger was run by Christian for over 40 years. At the age of 18, he joined the family business and turned what was then a small bed and breakfast into a successful company. With his wife Heidi and son Michael and the entire Pinzger “clan” at his side, he has made the Pinzger what it is today - a place where people like to come together and feel at home.
His great passion throughout his life was music - for more than 50 years he provided magnificent and unforgettable moments. Christian will always be remembered as “Sunnyboy”.
It is difficult to lose a loved one, but it is comforting to know how much love, friendship and respect was shown to them. We will carry on his memory and look forward to seeing you again - where we can reminisce about our Christian together with you.

In 1977 the stable that adjoined the house was demolished. Instead, 12 rooms with bath/shower/WC, as well as a nice breakfast and lounge room will be added.

The old house will be demolished and a new building will be created with a grocery store, apartments for the extended family and additional guest rooms. In addition, the sole proprietorship is converted into a GmbH & Co KG.

The next improvements are pending: an attractive wellness area with hot whirlpool, 3 saunas, physiothermal cabin, relaxation room and a spacious breakfast room are being built. The third floor will be rebuilt and bright, large family suites will be created.

The Pinzger grocery store will close its doors in May. In September, the City Cafe-Bar-Lounge opens on the ground floor under the management of Judith Junk (daughter of Gertrud and Lothar Junk) as a modern and cozy meeting place for locals and guests.
