Nothing is more important to start the day than… a long breakfast! We at Pinzger think the same way and have set the buffet tables amply for breakfast in Tux. A connection to our origins is particularly important to us - which is why we offer you numerous fresh products from our region.
We are hay milk partners!
We have been a certified hay milk partner for many years! We get our dairy products (milk, yoghurt, cheese) from the Zillertal dairy in Mayrhofen. Like every year, the hay-dairy cows spend their summer on the alpine pastures of the Zillertal and enjoy up to 1000 different herbs and grasses. This high biodiversity leads to high-quality hay milk, which is processed fresh every day in the Zillertal dairy to create very special milk and cheese delicacies - and then ends up fresh on your table!

Let yourself be pampered with culinary delights at the Hotel Pinzger Tux. Enjoy a 3-course menu of your choice as part of your half board. There is always something for vegetarians too - if you have special requests or allergies/intolerances, please speak to us and let us know how we can help you. Our kitchen team prepares the meals with love and looks forward to pampering your taste buds with culinary delights. Whether it's home-style cooking, international dishes or a traditional dessert such as apple strudel with vanilla sauce or Kaiserschmarrn, they do their best!

Do you suffer from intolerances, are allergic to gluten or lactose or have another request? Please contact us in advance and state this when making your reservation so that we can plan and have fresh food in stock to suit your needs (at least 1 week in advance would be ideal).

A la carte in the CITY Café Bar
Would you rather stay flexible and book without half board? Enjoy our a la carte dishes in the CITY. Whether it's schnitzel, burgers or salads - there's guaranteed to be something for you. Ice cream lovers or cake fans don't miss out either - quickly head to the CITY for an apple strudel with vanilla sauce... and a delicious coffee to go with it! In addition to the regular opening hours of the hot kitchen, there is always the opportunity to choose toasts, snacks and pizzas from the Resch&Frisch offerings. And if we really don't have anything for you (which we can't believe) - you will find several restaurants in Tux-Lanersbach within a 300m walking distance.
Early departure or special planning for the day?
Are you leaving at night and would like to have some food with you or do you have other plans for the day outside of breakfast time? We would be happy to put together a packed lunch for you or organize an early bird breakfast for you (if possible). Talk to us and we will find the best solution for you.
